  1. Hello! - Our first step is to meet you! Whether that’s via video conferencing or face to face, our first no-obligation meeting is at our cost and the perfect opportunity to find out more about you, what you’re looking to achieve, any difficulties you’ve come up against and your expectations from us. In turn we’ll outline how we work, what we charge and at what point in the process, as well as all our regulatory obligations and how you and your money are protected. At the end of this we’ll have agreed some objectives and priorities. If you want to proceed with us and are happy with what you’ve heard, here’s what happens after.

  2. Risk - We will also need to establish what type of investor you are. In other words how you feel around the peaks and troughs of an investment. We do this via a risk profiling questionnaire amongst some other factors and discuss this thoroughly with you. This ensures any solutions we find for you, will be suitable and comfortable.

  3. Information - If you have any existing policies we usually write to your provider on your behalf to request a lot of information. This will help us assess the provider/product/scheme against a range of benchmarks and comparisons. It will also likely answer a few questions or clarify anything you might be uncertain on.

  4. Analyse - Once we’ve got everything we need we can get to work. Taking everything you’ve told us in the first meeting we can run projections, tests, calculations and more! whilst searching the market place to look at providers or investment strategies or both to increase the likelihood of you hitting your financial targets.

  5. Recommendation - Once we’re confident we’ve got everything in order we’ll be in touch to arrange another meeting. We’ll run through our advice and recommendations and why we think this is the best course of action for you. We’ll also back that up with the data and analysis we’ve done. We can also produce a cashflow report to show you visually, what your financial situation looks like now, in the future and what impact our advice might have on this. We can adjust these reports in real time to show you any questions or different scenarios you may be considering.

  6. Implementation - If you agree to our advice we won’t just send you on your way! We’ll complete all the paperwork and complete anything else that’s needed on your behalf. Please remember we might not be able to do 100% of it due to some provider’s procedures, but hopefully enough to make the whole process easier for you.

  7. Review - The financial world changes frequently, some years more than others! This is why reviewing your investments or financial plan frequently is so important. It means problems or even opportunities can be addressed quickly. Our clients that opt for an on-going service will benefit from our annual reviews to do just that.

We’re here for you! - If you need us you can contact us, whether it’s a small question or something significant has changed we’re always at the end of a phone or an email and will aim to get back to you same day if we can. You’ll also have your own secure, online portal to access all your documents, up to date valuations to track how your investments are doing and much more.
